For the third consecutive week, kids received swimming training and instructions on how to keep fit and healthy through exercise and balanced diet.
The next training is on Saturday (November 16, 2013) at the same venue.
Parents must accompany their children during the training. Endurance—A Sports and Psychology Center organized the training, sponsored by the Healthy Hearts Program at Children's Hospital Oakland.
Endurance Center’s Kirsten Graves, a Registered Dietitian, and Mills College swimming coaches supervised yesterday’s training.
