Her clinical experience includes working with individuals seeking therapy for depression and anxiety, as well as providing ADHD and autism spectrum disorder assessments. Her training includes an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT). She has a passion for working with those who want to better understand themselves.
Rebecca strives to build an environment that feels welcoming and safe, where clients have the opportunity to grow and be heard free of any judgment. She believes in highlighting the strengths that clients already have, using them as a foundation to navigate challenges and cultivate new skills for sustainable, lifelong growth.
