Improve your child's health and fitness through the next triathlon training

What: We will be swimming, biking and running all around the bay area with kids who want to have fun, lose weight, get fit and make friends. After 12 weeks of training you will participate in a California kids’ triathlon! We will give your family weekly activity/training plans. There are many other surprises and rewards in this fit family triathlon program.

When: July 23rd – October 15th, 2011 (Practice will be on Saturday mornings 10 am – noon in varying bay area locations). There will also be bi-weekly teleseminars for parents on how to improve your child’s health.

Who: 8-14 year olds for weekly practices. At least one parent is required to attend meetings and practices.

Special introductory deal ends on June 23rd, 2011 = $297 per month if you pay for all three months at once which is $891 for 12 weeks if you sign up today.

Regular Cost: $347 per month, a total of $1,041 for the three months.

Parents will be responsible for registering their child for the California triathlon. We will discuss the cost, but the estimate is between $40 and $70.

Head coach: Dr. Cory Nyamora is a certified USA Triathlon coach, USA Track and Field Coach, Youth Fitness Specialist and licensed Clinical Psychologist. He is the owner and director of Endurance – A Sports and Psychology Center, Inc., a company that provides sports opportunities, outdoor adventures and psychotherapy for overweight children and their families. He works closely with families to find fun and effective strategies to improve their children’s health.
