I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received my MA at the California Institute for Integral Studies' Somatic Psychotherapy program in 2013. I have experience working with adults of all ages and persons with disabilities. My clinical psychotherapy practice revolves around fostering trust for one's experience, integrating mindfulness and compassion, making meaning of physical cues, and utilizing physical activity to improve mental health. We will take a look at where you are and work toward solutions with a down-to-earth, no nonsense, but gentle approach. It can be tough to feel comfortable in one’s own skin; let's move toward resting easy.
In my spare time, I ride my bike for commuting and fun, get outdoors for hikes and backpacking adventures, get crafty, and cook food that is at the crossroads of healthy and tasty.
