Chloe Haws, M.A., Psychology Trainee
Supervised by Dr. Cory Nyamora (beginning August 2026)
Chloe is a third-year PsyD doctoral student at Alliant University, California School of Professional Psychology. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Fayetteville State University, and holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology through Alliant.
Her clinical experience includes serving four years in the U.S. Army as a mental health specialist, working in the public-school setting with children and adolescents, as well as in an outpatient private practice working with all ages. She has experience working with a diverse range of clients and disorders including mood disorders, anxiety, autism, interpersonal difficulties, and behavioral concerns.
She takes an integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy that best fit the needs of the individual while working collaboratively to support their goals. She views clinical work as a collaborative, strengths-based process which she approaches with curiosity, care and respect for each client’s unique lived experience. Her work is guided by the belief that healing happens through connection, and that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. Her goal is to create a safe space where individuals of all backgrounds can feel empowered to explore, grow, and heal.
Outside of her clinical work she enjoys working in her garden, riding horses, and spending quality time with her husband and their three dogs. She has a strong belief in the mind body connection and strives to incorporate healthy active living practices into every day.
