Sports Psychology Skills Workshops and Coaching

Hiking by the water in California - a wonderful way to find peace, reflect on mental skills, sports performance and improve mental health.

I had a wonderful time on January 29th, presenting Sports Psychology skills to a group of wonderful runners coached by CBM. Coach Mireille is doing amazing work and if you don’t know her, check out her website to learn more. It’s wonderful to work with coaches who support whole athlete development. If you are a coach, looking for more sports psychology workshops or trainings for your athletes, feel free to reach out. Here is a link to some of the workshops we offer.
