Alicia Perry, LPCC
Alicia Perry is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and school counselor with nearly 20 years of experience. She is a National Certified Counselor and earned a graduate degree in Guidance & Counseling from the University of West Georgia.
Alicia understands that we’re all trying our best, but life can sometimes feel overwhelming and hard to manage on our own. She builds safe, supportive relationships so clients can reflect on their needs and strengths, navigate challenges, and move toward a more fulfilling and joyful life.
Alicia has worked with individuals across the lifespan —including children, teens, young adults, and adults— on a wide range of concerns: ADHD, anxiety, autism spectrum, grief, perfectionism, work/life balance, spirituality, traumatic experiences and more. She uses an eclectic client-centered approach grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Counseling, and Person-Centered Therapy. Her training includes play therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients.
Originally from the Southeast and now based in Northern California, Alicia’s experiences living across the U.S. and abroad—including a year in Kenya—have deepened her commitment to being a respectful, inclusive and culturally sensitive therapist.
