Dr. Megan Laiblin is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who has been working in the fields of mental health and social services for over 15 years. She received her doctorate at John F. Kennedy University in Pleasant Hill, California. Megan is experienced in working with clients of all ages and can provide therapeutic support via individual, couples, or family therapy. Her style is best described as supportive, compassionate, and collaborative.
Megan uses cognitive behavioral, multicultural, and family therapy to help her clients consider the holistic impact their symptoms may have on their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. She also uses a strength-based approach to empower clients to accept themselves as they are and cultivate a more balanced sense of self.
Megan specializes in working with children, adolescents, couples, and families. She helps her clients explore past and current family dynamics, with the goal of increasing effective communication and developing compassion, support, and understanding for one another. As a result, both the individual and the family feel stronger, more connected, and better equipped to face any life challenge.
When she is not working, Megan enjoys biking with her family and running. Often she can be seen holding down second base with her softball team or playing defense in a field hockey match.
